试验以LD100-AC型低密度聚乙烯为主料,添加含有天津科技大学研制筛选出的粮食储存害虫专用驱避剂(KDL02)母粒和其他5种功能材料,研制出聚乙烯粮食防虫气调膜。经中国包装科研测试中心测试,断裂纵向伸长度达863%,较对照提高5%,横向拉伸强度较对照提高11%,透湿率降低9%,透O2率降低18%,CO2透过率增加了2%,并通过国家卫生检验,同时研究了对主要储粮害虫玉米象、杂拟谷盗、谷蠹的驱避效果。结果表明,对3种主要储粮害虫玉米象、谷蠹、杂拟谷盗成虫的驱避效果显著,平均驱避率分别为78.15%,74.56%,82.03%。
