BC合金即高B低C镍基铸造高温合金,是近几年来正在发展的一类综合性能较好的合金。目前国内外日益重视对BC合金的研究,美国在原有合金的基础上已开始形成BC合金的系列,并在商业上获得实际应用。本文主要研究B含量(0.01~0.20%)对Ni9Cr10Co6.5W2Mo4.5Al5.0Ti0.05Zr0.01/0.02C铸造合金组织及性能的影响。合金采用真空感应炉熔炼、重熔并精密铸造成试样。热处理制度为1180℃2小时空冷+900℃16小时空冷。实验方法主要为金相、电镜、化学相分析、X射线结构分析、力学性能等。
BC alloy that is high B low C nickel-based high temperature superalloy casting, is developing in recent years, a class of better overall performance alloys. At present, more and more attention is paid to the research of BC alloy at home and abroad. The United States has started to form the series of BC alloy on the basis of the original alloy and has been commercially applied. In this paper, the effect of B content (0.01-0.20%) on the microstructure and properties of Ni9Cr10Co6.5W2Mo4.5Al5.0Ti0.05Zr0.01 / 0.02C cast alloy has been studied. Alloy vacuum induction furnace melting, remelting and precision casting into a sample. Heat treatment system is 1180 ℃ 2 hours air cooling + 900 ℃ 16 hours air cooling. Experimental methods are mainly metallographic, electron microscopy, chemical phase analysis, X-ray structure analysis, mechanical properties and so on.
