上海市门窗加工公司木材加工一厂,在上海市建筑科学研究所配合下,经过114个不同原料配方的小型试验,试制了75×85厘米水泥刨花板,并用以建成一间全部采用这种板材作为屋面和墙体的小型试验建筑,为今后施工实践和扩大试生产提供了必要的条件。水泥刨花板是以处理过的木刨花、水泥并掺入一定量的化学药剂经搅拌混合、冷压成型和低压蒸养制成,主要用于加工预制轻质内隔墙,经特殊加工的还可用于外墙挂板、地板以至屋面材料
In cooperation with the Shanghai Research Institute of Building Sciences, Shanghai No. 1 Door and Window Processing Factory cooperated with 114 small-scale tests of different raw material formulas to produce a 75×85 cm cement particleboard and used it to build a fully-used plate. The small experimental buildings on the roof and walls provide necessary conditions for future construction practice and the expansion of pilot production. The cement particle board is made of treated wood shavings, cement and mixed with a certain amount of chemicals through mixing, cold pressing and low-pressure steaming.
