目的 研究中药辐射防护剂护生宝 (HSB)对60 Coγ射线损伤的防护作用 ,为HSB的临床应用提供实验依据。方法 用 3种不同浓度的HSB和生理盐水灌胃实验组和单纯照射组小鼠 ,各组受试鼠给予 7 5Gy60 Coγ射线一次性全身照射 ,观察不同处理组小鼠的存活率及血象变化情况。结果 HSB保护组小鼠的 30d存活率、外周血白细胞 (WBC)和血小板 (PLT)均显著高于单纯照射组 (P <0 0 1) ,平均保护系数高达 1 77。结论 HSB具有较强的抗辐射作用、能显著提高受致死剂量60 Coγ射线照射小鼠的存活率 ,降低辐射对小鼠外周血WBC和PLT的损伤作用
Objective To study the protective effect of herbal radioprotective agent Nursing Bao (HSB) on 60 Co γ-ray injury and provide experimental evidence for the clinical application of HSB. Methods Three different concentrations of HSB and saline were used to instil the experimental group and the mice in the irradiation group. The rats in each group were irradiated with 75 Gy 60 Co γ-rays for one time. The survival rate and the changes of the hemogram of the mice in different treatment groups were observed . Results The 30-day survival rate, peripheral white blood cell (WBC) and platelet count (PLT) in HSB-treated mice were significantly higher than those in the irradiated group (P <0.01). The average protection factor was as high as 1 77. Conclusion HSB has a strong anti-radiation effect, can significantly increase the lethal dose of 60 Co γ-ray irradiation in mice survival rate, reduce the radiation on mouse peripheral blood WBC and PLT damage
