目的 探讨中药对肝硬化大鼠肝组织Ⅰ型胶原mRNA表达的影响。方法 采用逆转录多聚酶链反应 (RT PCR)测定大鼠肝组织Ⅰ型胶原mRNA表达水平。结果 治疗组大鼠肝组织Ⅰ型胶原mRNA表达 ( 0 70 9± 0 12 5 )显著低于模型组( 1 0 15± 0 14 5 ) ,P <0 0 5。与对照组 ( 0 696± 0 164)相比无显著差异。结论 复方中药能显著降低肝硬化大鼠Ⅰ型胶原mRNA的表达
Objective To investigate the effect of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) on the expression of type Ⅰ collagen mRNA in hepatic cirrhotic rats. Methods Reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction (RT PCR) was used to detect the expression of type Ⅰ collagen mRNA in rat liver tissue. Results The expression of type Ⅰ collagen mRNA (0 70 9 ± 0 12 5) in liver tissue in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the model group (10 15 ± 0 14 5, P 0 05). Compared with the control group (0 696 ± 0 164) no significant difference. Conclusion Compound traditional Chinese medicine can significantly reduce type Ⅰ collagen mRNA expression in cirrhotic rats
