在厂房围护结构中采用工业墙板,可以工厂化生产、机械化施工,提高了厂房围护结构的装配化程度,可减轻劳动强度,提高劳动生产率,加快施工进度,并可充分利用工业废料和地方资源作为墙体材料。我国几次强烈地震的震害调查表明,墙板还具有良好的抗震性能。所以推广应用工业墙板作为厂房的围护结构具有重要的现实意义。本文对工业墙板的节点连接提出一些看法,供参考。一、对工业墙板节点连接的基本要求墙板的节点连接必须注意安全可靠、施工方便和经济效果,主要应满足以下基本要求:
