MicroRNAs (miRNAs) are endogenous, non-coding RNA molecules ranging in size from 17 to 25 nucleotides that precisely regulate the development, differentiation, proliferation, apoptosis and involvement of neurons and other cells in the regulation of neurons Plasticity and signal transduction miRNAs post-transcriptional repression effect and increase gene expression. Studies have shown that miRNAs are involved in a series of important processes in the life process. Fetal development and the outcome of pregnancy pathology are regulated by discretely differentially expressed miRNAs. Changes in the expression of miRNAs and fetal growth restriction, premature rupture of membranes, preeclampsia and macrosomia and other pregnancy pathological outcomes are closely related.
