资金是经济发展的第一位推动力量,如何盘活资金,是搞活国有经济的一个紧迫而重要的课题。目前我州资金形势极其严峻,企业占用银行贷款居高不下,还款能力极差,资金沉淀多、周转慢。信贷资金的低速、低效益运营,已造成大部分企业亏损。现在,各家银行已到了无款可贷,无力支持企业生产的地步。为此,就我州资金短缺的实际,对如何搞活资金提出以下看法。
Funding is the first impelling force for economic development. How to make the best use of funds is an urgent and important issue for invigorating the state-owned economy. At present, the situation of funds in our state is extremely harsh. Enterprises occupy bank loans at a high level, and their repayment ability is very poor with more deposits and slow turnover. The low-speed and inefficient operation of credit funds has resulted in the loss of most enterprises. Now, banks have reached the point where they can afford to borrow money and can not support the production of enterprises. To this end, on the reality of the shortage of funds in our state, put forward the following views on how to invigorate the funds.
