自己任意剥夺自己的生命,即自杀行为,是否违反法律规定,还是应该认为是自然人的一项权利,各国有不同的法律规定。笔者认为,除法律明确规定的在特定情况下自杀行为构成违法外,自杀行为并不违反法律规定,但也不能称之为权利,自然人可以自杀,但对自杀的条件应做严格限制。
Whether we arbitrarily deprive ourselves of their own lives, that is, acts of suicide in violation of the law or whether they should be regarded as a right of natural persons and that different countries have different legal provisions. The author believes that unless the law clearly stipulates that in certain circumstances suicide constitutes an offense, the act of suicide does not violate the law, but it can not be called a right, a natural person can commit suicide, but the conditions for suicide should be strictly limited.
