中国施工企业管理协会施工企业法律研讨班于2001年7月21日至23日在哈尔滨市举行。 这次研讨班是在我国实施“十五”规划宏伟蓝图已经起步,西部大开发已经拉开序幕,在举国上下学习江泽民同志在庆祝中国共产党成立八十周年大会上的讲话,贯彻 “三个代表” 重要思想的热潮中召开的。为了适应市场经济的需要,适应“十五” 建设任务的需要,适应入世的需要,促进企业的法制建设,依法经营,依法兴企,维护企业的合法权益,迎接新的机遇和挑战。
The China Construction Enterprise Management Association Construction Enterprise Legal Seminar was held in Harbin from July 21st to 23rd, 2001. The seminar was a grand blueprint for the implementation of the 10th Five-Year Plan in China. It has already begun. The Western Development has already kicked off, studying Comrade Jiang Zemin’s speech at the 80th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China and implementing the “Three Represents”. The controversy was held during the upsurge of important ideas. In order to meet the needs of the market economy, adapt to the needs of the “Tenth Five-Year Plan” construction task, adapt to the needs of joining the WTO, promote the legal system of the enterprise, operate in accordance with the law, establish enterprises in accordance with the law, safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of enterprises, and meet new opportunities and challenges.
