铸工尘肺是机械制造工人长期吸入混合粉尘所引起的职业病,是一种混合性尘肺。我们从1959年—1980年间对北京钢厂、冶金机械厂二个单位铸工车间接触粉尘工龄10年以上的工人定期进行健康检查,共检出铸工尘肺44例。其中Ⅰ期32例,Ⅱ期12例。44例铸工尘肺中21例单纯从事铸钢作业,13例单纯从事铸铁作业,另有10例早年从事铸铁,以后
Castor pneumoconiosis is a long-term inhalation of mechanical workers caused by mixed-dust occupational diseases, is a mixed pneumoconiosis. From 1959 to 1980, we routinely conducted health inspections on workers who had been in contact with dust for more than 10 years in the foundry workshops of two units of Beijing Steel Mill and Metallurgical Machinery Factory, and found 44 cases of foundry worker’s pneumoconiosis. Among them, 32 cases were stage Ⅰ and 12 cases were stage Ⅱ. Forty-four cases of casting workers’ pneumoconiosis were found in 21 cases of simple castings, 13 cases of cast iron, and another 10 cases of cast iron in the early years
