Ce3+离子在 p H7~ 8的溶液中 ,与乙二胺四亚甲基膦酸 (EDTP)形成 1∶ 1的配合物时 ,Ce3+离子的自身荧光得到的明显的增强。本文研究了这种荧光增强作用用于溶液中微量 Ce3+ 荧光分析的方法。结果表明 ,用该配合物体系进行 Ce3+的荧光分析时 ,配合物的最大激发和发射波长分别在 313nm和 397nm,工作曲线在 1× 10 - 8mol· L- 1 ~ 1× 10 - 4 mol· L- 1 的范围内呈很好的直线 ,在灵敏度和线性范围方面接近已知的最好的荧光分析方法 ,而由于 Ce3+与 EDTP形成非常稳定的配合物 ,同时使 Ce3+离子的发光有较大的红移 ,因此在消除干扰离子的影响特别是 Pr3+ 和 PO3- 4 的干扰方面明显优于其他方法。

In this paper, we studied the fluorescence enhancement of trace Ce3 + fluorescence in solution. The results showed that the maximum excitation and emission wavelengths of Ce3 + were 313nm and 397nm, respectively. Fluorescence spectra of the complexes were in the range of 1 × 10 -8 mol·L -1 -1 × 10 -4 mol·L -1 - 1, close to the best known fluorescence analysis method in terms of sensitivity and linearity range, and because Ce3 + forms a very stable complex with EDTP while making the emission of Ce3 + ions larger Redshift, and therefore outperforms other methods significantly in eliminating the effects of interfering ions, particularly Pr3 + and PO3-4.
