本文报道用单阳极丝式流气正比计数器为主组成的深度灵敏内转换电子穆斯堡尔谱仪,通过记录不同能量的内转换电子的穆斯堡尔谱实现深度选择。从对不锈钢表面真空喷镀50nm α-Fe样品的测量表明,在0.9—2.5、3—8、6、8—7.5和11—16keV等能区内的穆斯堡尔谱中,α-Fe谱面积和不锈钢谱面积之比有极明显的差别,说明它们代表了样品表层不同深度的信息。此类谱仪具有高的几何效率、可同时获取几个深度信息以及简单易行的优点。
In this paper, we report the deep and sensitive internal conversion electron Mossbauer spectrometer, which is mainly composed of a single anode wire flow gas proportional counter, and realize the depth selection by recording the Mssbauer spectra of the internal conversion electrons with different energies. Measurement of the vacuum-sputtered 50 nm α-Fe sample on the stainless steel surface showed that in the Mössbauer spectra in the energy regions of 0.9-2.5, 3-8, 6, 8-7.5 and 11-16 keV, the α-Fe spectrum The ratio of area to stainless steel spectral area is very different, indicating that they represent the different depths of the sample surface. Such spectrometers have high geometric efficiency, access to several depth information simultaneously, and ease of use.
