加强高职院校制度建设,并在实践过程不断加以完善,使各项工作制度化、规范化、科学化,是高职院校依法治校、规范办学的根本要求。和谐校园是“构建社会主义和谐社会”的一部分。本论文着重从制度要引领学生的人生观,价值观,制度的制定与实施要求教师群体的参与,制度的制定要体现时代性,人文性,以及要把教师健康问题纳入到制度建设的范畴中等几方面进行探讨,通过制度建设促进高职院校的和谐发展。
To strengthen the system construction of higher vocational colleges and to constantly improve them in the process of practice so as to institutionalize, standardize and scientifically implement the work is the fundamental requirement for higher vocational colleges to administer schools in accordance with the law and to standardize running schools.
