目的研究火绒草[Leontopodium leontopodioides(Wild.)Beauv.]中黄酮苷类化学成分。方法采用反复硅胶柱色谱法、Sephadex LH-20柱色谱法、ODS柱色谱法和反复重结晶等方法进行分离纯化,并通过理化常数测定和波谱分析鉴定了其化学结构。结果从体积分数为60%的火绒草乙醇溶液提取物中分离得到5个化合物,并鉴定其结构为:芹菜素-7-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(apigenin-7-O-β-D-glu-copyranoside1)、木犀草素-4′-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(luteolin-4′-O-β-D-glucopyranoside2)、6-羟基-木犀草素-7-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(6-hydroxyluteolin-7-O-β-D-glucopyranoside3)、6-羟基-芹菜素-7-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(6-hydroxyapigenin-7-O-β-D-glucopyranoside4)、槲皮素-3-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(quercetin-3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside5)。结论化合物4,5为首次从火绒草属植物中分离得到,化合物2,3为首次从本植物火绒草中分离得到。
Objective To study flavonoid glycosides in Leontopodium leontopodioides (Wild.) Beauv. Methods The compounds were isolated and purified by repeated silica gel column chromatography, Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography, ODS column chromatography and repeated recrystallization. Their chemical structures were identified by physico-chemical constants and spectral analysis. Results Five compounds were isolated from the extract of Edelweiss ethanol solution with a volume fraction of 60%, and its structure was identified as apigenin-7-O-β -D-glu-copyranoside1, luteolin-4’-O-β-D-glucopyranoside2, 6-hydroxy-luteolin- O-β-D-glucopyranoside 3, 6-hydroxyapigenin-7-O-β-D-glucopyranoside 3, 7-O-β-D-glucopyranoside4, quercetin-3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside5. Conclusion Compounds 4 and 5 are isolated from Leonton for the first time, and compounds 2 and 3 are isolated from this plant for the first time.
