目的了解克拉玛依市儿童保健管理状况,进一步提高儿童保健服务质量及卫生管理决策提供科学依据。方法分析2008-2015年克拉玛依市儿童保健服务指标及健康指标。结果 2008-2015年克拉玛依市7岁以下儿童保健覆盖率平均为96.62%,3岁以下儿童系统管理率平均为85.08%,新生儿访视率为91.04%,6个月内婴儿母乳喂养率平均为78.80%,纯母乳喂养率平均为34.73%;新生儿遗传代谢性疾病筛查率及听力筛查率平均为62.19%和63.13%;5岁以下儿童低体重发生率平均为0.32%,中重度贫血患病率为0.73%。结论克拉玛依市儿童保健工作成绩显著,各项保健服务指标呈现逐年上升趋势。
Objective To understand the state of child health management in Karamay City and to provide scientific basis for further improving the quality of child health care services and health management decisions. Methods Analyze Karamay city health care indicators and health indicators for 2008-2015. Results The average coverage rate of children under 7 years of age in Karamay from 2008 to 2015 was 96.62%. The average rate of systematic management of children under 3 years old was 85.08% and that of newborns was 91.04%. The average rate of breastfeeding of infants within 6 months was 78.80%, the average rate of exclusive breastfeeding was 34.73%; screening rate of neonatal genetic metabolic disease and hearing screening rate was 62.19% and 63.13% on average; low birth weight children under 5 years averaged 0.32%, moderate to severe anemia The prevalence was 0.73%. Conclusion The results of child health care in Karamay City are remarkable, and the indicators of health care services show an upward trend year by year.
