本文结合煤田地质行业的实际，对煤田地质在转换经营机制过程中试行股份制进行了探讨，提出了试行股份制的“五个有利于”，以解决资金不足、产权界线模糊、政企不分等问题；同时也提出在股份制试行中需要解决的问题和建议。
Based on the actuality of the geological field in coalfield, this paper discusses the probable joint-stock system during the conversion of coalfield geology in the transitional management mechanism and puts forward the “five advantages” of the pilot joint-stock system in order to solve the problems of lack of funds, fuzzy boundaries of property rights and unequal distribution of government and enterprises At the same time, it also put forward some problems and suggestions to be solved in the trial of shareholding.
