背景资料 用化学疗和G-CSF动员外周血HPC采集效果较差,白细胞单采仅获得CD34+细胞小于2×10~6/kg或CFUGM小于10×10~4/kg。肿瘤病人动员HPCs的最佳方案仍未找到。设计与方法 27例病人接受两种动员方案,组一为化疗加G-CSF 10μg/kg(n=7);组二为单独用10μg/kg(n=20)作为第二次动员,进行回顾性分析,3例CD34达到要求,2例CFUGM达到要求和22例以上两项指标达到要求指示。病人中非霍奇金病5例,霍奇金病3例,多发性骨髓瘤6例,先前的治疗方案
