目的:简单“2×6”矫治技术在成人安氏Ⅰ类错畸形中的临床应用,研究成人安氏Ⅰ类前牙错的矫治与简单“2×6”矫治器的矫治方法。方法:对20例成人安氏Ⅰ类前牙错患者,通过采用简单“2×6”固定直丝弓矫治技术矫治,矫治后对患者的咬合进行调查分析。结果:对20例成人安氏Ⅰ类前牙错患者的研究分析,采用简单“2×6”矫治器矫治,都取得了满意的疗效,矫治时间4～10个月,平均6个月。结论:应用简单“2×6”直丝弓矫治器矫治成人安氏Ⅰ类前牙错畸形是一种有效的矫治方法。
Objective: To study the clinical application of the simple “2 × 6” orthodontic technique in Class Ⅰ malocclusion in adults and to study the treatment of Class Ⅰ anterior malocclusion in adults with simple “2 × 6” appliance Correction method. Methods: Twenty patients with Class Ⅰ Anterior Class Ⅰ anterior teeth malformation were treated with simple “2 × 6” fixation with straight wire arch technique. The occlusion of the patient was investigated after correction. Results: Twenty patients with Class Ⅰ Anterior Class Ⅰ anterior teeth malformations were studied and analyzed. All the patients achieved satisfactory results with simple “2 × 6” appliances. The treatment time ranged from 4 to 10 months with an average of 6 month. Conclusion: It is an effective method to correct Class Ⅰ Anterior Class Ⅰ anterior deformity malformation using simple “2 × 6” straight wire appliance.
