土地征收是伴随着我国城镇化、工业化的不断推进而产生的普遍现象。土地征收通过征收手段将集体土地征用为国有建设用地,这不可避免地剥夺了农民赖以生存的土地,使广大农民的生存面临挑战。在征收过程中,由于目前我国土地征收立法不完善,执行不到位,农民的利益受到侵害的现象比比皆是,如何保护被征收土地农民的合法权益已经迫在眉睫。
Land expropriation is accompanied by China’s urbanization, industrialization continues to promote the general phenomenon. Expropriation of land Through acquisition, collective land is requisitioned for land for state-owned construction, which inevitably deprives the peasants of the land on which they live and challenges the survival of vast numbers of peasants. In the process of expropriation, due to the imperfect legislation in our country nowadays and its imperfect implementation, the peasants’ interests have been abused. It is urgent to protect the legitimate rights and interests of peasants whose land has been expropriated.
