随着网络技术的迅猛发展,涉网犯罪案件逐年递增,其中侵犯公民个人信息犯罪已经成为其他各类犯罪的上游犯罪。文章首先介绍了公民个人信息的泄露方式,又从案例入手,详细介绍了此类案件侦查过程中的线索关联分析方法,对预防及打击此类案件具有一定的指导意义。
With the rapid development of network technology, criminal cases involving cybernetics have been increasing year by year. The crime of encroaching upon the personal information of citizens has become the upstream crime of other kinds of crimes. First of all, this article introduces the way of disclosure of citizen’s personal information, and starts with the case. It introduces in detail the method of clue correlation analysis in the investigation of such cases, which is of guiding significance in the prevention and combat of such cases.
