为了提高驱动部的可靠性及安全性,采用理论计算、AMESIM建模仿真等方法对驱动部进行研究,根据制动系统的工作原理使用AMESIM软件进行建模,分析其仿真结果。结果表明,紧急制动时间及制动距离都满足矿用柴油机单轨吊机车行业标准,为驱动部的实际加工制造提供理论依据。
In order to improve the reliability and safety of driver, theoretical analysis, AMESIM modeling and simulation methods are used to study the driving department. According to the working principle of braking system, AMESIM software is used to model and analyze the simulation results. The results show that the emergency braking time and braking distance all meet the industry standard of single-track mining diesel locomotive for the diesel engine, providing the theoretical basis for the actual processing and manufacturing of the driving department.
