本文对过去11年中手术切除的30例胸壁肿瘤患者进行分析。30例中男18例，女12例；年龄4～61岁（平均33．8岁）；其中原发性肿瘤9例．良性肿瘤18例，转移瘤3例。疼痛与肿块是本病最常见的症状与体征。良性肿瘤全部进行了彻底切除；大多数恶性肿瘤进行了大块广泛切除；其中8例进行了购里缺损的修复与重建。平均随访45年，有4例术后肿瘤局部复发；89％良性肿瘤患者目前存活，而恶性肿瘤目前仅有44％患者存活。广泛切除加适当的胸壁缺损修复是成功治疗购里肿瘤的关键。
This article analyzes 30 cases of chest wall tumors that have been surgically resected in the past 11 years. In 30 cases, there were 18 males and 12 females; aged 4 to 61 years (average 33.8 years); 9 of them were primary tumors. There were 18 benign tumors and 3 metastases. Pain and mass are the most common symptoms and signs of the disease. All benign tumors were completely resected; most of the malignant tumors were extensively resected; 8 of them were repaired and reconstructed. After an average of 45 years of follow-up, there were 4 cases of local recurrences of tumors; 89% of benign tumors survived, and only 44% of malignant tumors survived. Extensive resection plus proper repair of the chest wall defect is the key to successful treatment of tumors in the purchase.
