极低密度脂蛋白受体 ( VL DL R)在介导甘油三酯代谢的过程中起重要作用。目前已经知道 ,VL DL R分为两种类型 :其一带有 O-连结的糖链区 ( 型 ) ,另一种则不带有该区域 ( 型 )。采用 RT- PCR技术获得家兔 VL DL 受体的 c DNA,PCR扩增后经电泳鉴定显示 :在选取的全部六种组织中均有 型受体分布 ,并且在脂肪、肝脏、脾脏三种组织中还同时伴有 型受体的分布。该结果支持受体与组织能量代谢密切相关这一观点 ,并提示 型受体可能具有除参与脂代谢之外的其它不为人知的重要功能。
Very low density lipoprotein receptor (VLDLR) plays an important role in mediating the metabolism of triglycerides. It is now known that VL DL Rs are divided into two types: one with an O-linked sugar chain region (type) and the other with no region (type). RT-PCR was used to obtain the c DNA of rabbit DL-DL receptor. PCR amplification and electrophoresis showed that there were allotypes in all six tissues, and there were three types of receptors in fat, liver and spleen Also accompanied by the distribution of type receptors. This result supports the notion that receptors are closely related to the energy metabolism of tissues and that the hsps may have other important unknown functions besides participation in lipid metabolism.
