目的检测幼年大鼠在应答高脂饮食时,小肠组织FABP2 mRNA的表达情况,探讨FABP2的表达与幼年大鼠肥胖发生、发展的相关性。方法建立幼年大鼠肥胖模型,采用SYBR Green I荧光染料实时荧光定量PCR方法检测、分析幼年大鼠十二指肠、空肠和回肠组织中FABP2 mRNA的表达情况;全自动生化分析仪检测血清生化指标的变化。结果无论是对照组还是肥胖组大鼠,FABP2 mRNA的表达水平在回肠最高,空肠次之,十二指肠最低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);与对照组比较,肥胖组大鼠十二指肠、空肠和回肠组织中FABP2 mRNA表达水平均明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);且肥胖组大鼠血清TG和血糖水平显著升高(P<0.05)。结论 FABP2基因在小肠组织不同区段表达量不同;高脂饮食使幼年大鼠小肠组织FABP2 mRNA表达水平降低,体重增加,血清TG水平升高,提示FABP2参与了脂类代谢,与幼年肥胖的发生、发展可能具有一定的关系。
Objective To detect the expression of FABP2 mRNA in small intestine of young rats in response to high fat diet and to explore the correlation between the expression of FABP2 and the occurrence and development of obesity in young rats. Methods The juvenile rat model of obesity was established.
