在改革开放特别是进入二十一世纪以来,我国逐渐进入了知识经济时代,社会经济飞速发展,科学技术一日千里,人们的生活质量和生活方式都得到了翻天覆地的变化。在这种时代背景之下,企业也迎来了发展的曙光,取得了一系列的成就,但同时不可避免的会产生新的问题,而企业财务管理是其中最为显著的一方面。随着信息化时代的到来,企业财务管理的形式和内容与传统的管理模式相比发生了巨大的变化,但企业的发展需要与时俱进接受新的思想,因此财务管理改革也成为企业高层不得不面对的一个问题。所以,企业财务管理部门必须做好目标和财务关系的创新,做好企业筹资和企业投资管理,做好企业的收益分配和指标的分析工作。本文从企业现阶段我国企业财务管理模式出发,分析研究了财务管理中存在的问题,并且针对这些问题提出了一些解决措施,希望有一定的作用。

With the advent of the information age, the form and content of the financial management of enterprises have undergone tremendous changes compared with the traditional management mode. However, the development of the enterprise needs to keep pace with the times and accept new ideas. Therefore, the financial management reform has also become the top Have to face a problem. Therefore, the financial management department of an enterprise must make innovations in its goals and financial relationships, do a good job in raising funds and investing in the enterprise, and do a good job of analyzing the profit distribution and indicators of the enterprise. In this paper, starting from the current state of our country’s enterprise financial management mode, this paper analyzes and studies the problems existing in the financial management, and puts forward some solutions to these problems, hoping to have a certain effect.
