The 17th National Congress of the CPC has made a strategic plan of conducting an in-depth study and practice of the scientific concept of development among all the party. Its purpose is to guide all our work with the scientific development concept and to promote the sustainable development and all-round development of all walks of life. “Adhering to the people-centered principle, establishing a comprehensive, coordinated and sustainable development concept and promoting economic, social and people’s all-round development” is not only the fundamental guideline for building an overall well-to-do society but also a building for all walks of life.
