针对我市鲜米粉生产经营中点多分散、条件简陋、卫生状况差及由区域进行监督管理工作的薄弱等问题,制定了卫生规范并进行了统一的整顿,取得了较好的效果。同时对鲜米粉的卫生评价标准进行了探讨。
Aiming at the problems such as the scattered and scattered mid-point of fresh rice noodles in our city, the poor conditions, the poor sanitary conditions and the weak supervision and management by the region, health standards were formulated and unified rectification was achieved with good results. At the same time, the health evaluation criteria of fresh rice flour were discussed.
