电视台首先是新闻宣传机构,做好新闻报道无疑是它最重要的任务之一。因此,绝大多数电视台都打出了“新闻立台”的牌子。改革开放以来,特别是近几年来,悄然兴起的“民生”新闻则举起了“构建和谐社会、以人为本”的大旗。发生在国际、国内、本省、本地的新闻,节目的制作也会承载着内宣或外宣两种迥然不同的任务。因此风格各异,很难整齐划一。无论是时政新闻还是民生新闻,当然都必须遵循“真实性”这一条马列主义新闻观的根本原则,甚或包括科技、娱乐、体育等门类的新闻也必须强调真实性。但时代在发展,社会在进步。与时俱进的电视新闻不断丰富着新闻学的内容,并且提出了一系列迫切需要解决的新课题。电视新闻如何创新?怎样体现电视新闻播音员、主持人的多样化风格?电视新闻表述可不可以幽默?如何根治地方电视台存在的“新闻失语”现状?凡此种种,不一而足。对上述问题展开思考,进行理论性探讨,很有意义。本期从众多的来稿中筛选了一组文章刊出,意在推动电视新闻不断的深化改革和健康发展。我们热忱欢迎业内同仁和各界人士就此方面的议题广开思路,畅所欲言,发表自己的见解。来稿体裁不限,文章长短宜在4500字之内,精短文稿更佳。来稿请用A4纸打印,并随寄软盘,以利尽快择优刊发。
Television stations, first of all, are public information agencies. Making good news coverage is undoubtedly one of its most important tasks. Therefore, the vast majority of television stations have hit the “news Taiwan” brand.
