新一轮的基础教育课程改革实行以来,校本教研成为我校重要的研究课题。我们采用了针对校情实施教研,努力推进新课改的方略。学校让全体教师认清教育改革的形势,明确教育发展的总目标,在解析新课标与新教材,寻找新的教学模式,构建新课堂上狠下功夫。学校以课程改革中遇到的诸多问题为抓手,努力多渠道寻求解决问题的良策,以促进教师专业成长。我们对老师分层培训,对学生因材施教,还根据学校条件调整课程设置,努力把新课改落到实处。
Since the implementation of the new round of basic education curriculum reform, school-based teaching and research has become an important research topic of our school. We have adopted a strategy of implementing teaching and research in line with school conditions and making efforts to promote the new curriculum reform. The school made all teachers recognize the situation of education reform, clarified the general goal of education development, made great efforts to resolve new curriculum standards and new teaching materials, find new teaching modes and build new classes. With the many problems encountered in the curriculum reform as the starting point, the school strives to find solutions to problems through multiple channels so as to promote the professional growth of teachers. We train teachers in different levels, teach students in accordance with their aptitudes, and adjust the curriculum according to school conditions so as to make every effort to bring the new curriculum reform into practice.
