巡线二支队是天然气产销厂一支专业化巡线队伍,现有职工50人,分四个巡线班,主要担负着辖区内濮城、户部寨、柳屯、总部地区的31口气井、132条集输气管线巡查巡护、反窃气治理、违章占压预防、管线在线检测等任务。由于气井、集输气管线等生产设施都分布在田间,巡线工常年工作在野外巡护、天天治理,反复单调、枯燥无味,加上信息闭塞,对外交流机会较少,巡线工的心理方面悄然发生着变化,针对这种情况,巡线队重点围绕“职工心理健康状况”进行了调查。
