例1:女,28岁。于1987年1月17日晨起左眼胀痛,伴剧烈头痛、恶心、呕吐、眼球迅速突出,不能闭眼,即按左眶蜂窝组织炎治疗无效。六天后视力无光感,行CT检查诊断左眶内占位性病变。二个月后眼球复位,再次CT检查提示眶内占位性病变明显缩小。1989年9月10日晨起再次出现上述症状而来我院。既往无外伤、出血疾病史。发病与月经无关。全身检查未见异常。眼科检查:右眼正常;左眼视力无光感,眼睑皮肤瘀血,眼球向正前方突出,
