针对城乡差距扩大现状和蓬勃发展的乡村旅游遇到的问题,提出建设旅游型农村新社区的观点。本文运用层次分析法(AHP)、模糊综合评判法(FCE),以浙江省遂昌县的茶树坪村、大田村和银都村作为案例地,对旅游型农村新社区的发展指数进行研究,并从社区旅游经济发展、社区生态环境建设和社区旅游综合服务体系三方面评价乡村旅游社区的发展程度,为社区下一步的建设重点和发展方向提供参考依据。
In view of the problems encountered in expanding the current urban-rural gap and the flourishing development of rural tourism, we put forward the viewpoint of building a new tourist-oriented rural community. In this paper, AHP and FCE are used to study the development index of new rural tourism-oriented communities in Chashuping, Datian and Yindu villages in Suichang, Zhejiang Province. And evaluate the development degree of rural tourism community from three aspects of tourism economic development, community ecological environment construction and integrated service system of community tourism, and provide references for the construction of community next focus and development direction.
