目的:观察补肾消癥方联合米非司酮片治疗子宫肌瘤肾虚血瘀证的临床疗效。方法:将112例子宫肌瘤肾虚血瘀证患者随机分为对照组和观察组各56例。对照组给予米非司酮片治疗,观察组在对照组用药基础上加用补肾消癥方,2组均治疗3月。观察2组治疗前后子宫肌瘤体积、数量及内分泌指标的变化,比较2组临床疗效。结果:治疗后,2组肌瘤体积均较治疗前缩小(P<0.05),肌瘤数量均较治疗前减少(P<0.05);观察组肌瘤体积小于对照组(P<0.05),肌瘤数量少于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组雌二醇(E_2)、孕酮(P)、黄体生成激素(LH)及卵泡生成激素(FSH)水平均较治疗前降低(P<0.05),观察组的4项内分泌均下降更显著(P<0.05)。对照组总有效率71.43%,观察组总有效率94.64%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:补肾消癥方联合米非司酮片治疗子宫肌瘤肾虚血瘀证,有助于改善患者的内分泌指标,减少/小子宫肌瘤数量和体积,疗效优于单纯使用米非司酮片。
Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of Bu Shen Xiao Zong Fang combined with mifepristone tablets in the treatment of kidney deficiency and blood stasis syndrome. Methods: 112 cases of uterine fibroids kidney deficiency and blood stasis syndrome were randomly divided into control group and observation group of 56 cases. The control group was given mifepristone tablets, and the observation group was given Bushen Xiaozheng prescription on the basis of the control group. Both groups were treated for 3 months. The changes of the volume, number and endocrine index of uterine fibroids in two groups before and after treatment were observed. The clinical curative effect was compared between the two groups. Results: After treatment, the volume of fibroids in both groups decreased compared with those before treatment (P <0.05), and the number of leiomyoma decreased compared with those before treatment (P <0.05). The volume of leiomyoma in observation group was smaller than that in control group (P <0.05) The number of tumors was less than that of the control group (P <0.05). After treatment, the levels of E2, P, LH and FSH in the two groups were lower than those before treatment (P <0.05). The levels of 4 endocrine Decreased more significantly (P <0.05). The total effective rate of the control group was 71.43%, the total effective rate of the observation group was 94.64%. There was significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05). Conclusion: Bushen Xiaozheng Decoction combined with mifepristone tablets for treatment of uterine fibroids kidney deficiency and blood stasis can help to improve the endocrine parameters of patients and reduce the number and volume of small uterine fibroids. The curative effect is better than that of mifepristone alone .
