为了解鼻息肉与变态反应之间的关系,对20例鼻息肉患者手术前、后测定血清免疫球蛋白(?)检查鼻分泌物涂片嗜酸粒细胞计数变化和对比观察。
In order to understand the relationship between nasal polyps and allergic reaction, nasal polyp samples were collected from 20 patients with nasal polyps before and after the operation to determine the change of eosinophil count and contrast observation.
