治疗下颌骨肿瘤应从两方面来考虑:既要根治肿瘤,又要保持下颌骨的连续性,这样方可获得良好功能和理想面容。本文作者利用冷冻技术,对22例家兔进行了冷冻自体下颌骨再植的实验研究,并从临床、X 线片、组织学和微血管造影四个方面对冷冻自体骨和新鲜自体骨再植后骨质的愈合过程进行了比较,结果未见差异。在临床初步应用中,对6例下颌骨肿瘤患者施行了冷冻自体下领骨再植,随访6~10个月,疗效令人满意。
Treatment of mandibular tumors should be considered from two aspects: it is necessary to both cure the tumor, but also to maintain the continuity of the mandible, so as to obtain good function and the ideal face. The authors used frozen technique to study the autologous mandibular autograft in 22 rabbits. The frozen autologous bone and fresh autograft were reconstructed from four aspects: clinical, radiograph, histology and microvascular angiography Bone healing process were compared, the results showed no difference. In the initial clinical application, 6 cases of mandibular tumor patients underwent autologous frozen collar reconstruction, followed up for 6 to 10 months, the effect was satisfactory.
