Article 1 These Regulations are formulated in accordance with the General Rules for the Organization of People’s Congresses and Departments of Various Departments promulgated by the Central People’s Government. Article 2 The people’s congress of all walks of life in Hunan Province (hereafter referred to as this meeting) is submitted by the Hunan Provincial People’s Government to the Central Military Commission for approval and called for the convening of the Central People’s Government.
