分析化学是一门实践性很强的学科,是中等职业学校食品生物工艺、生物制药等专业学生必修的一门专业基础课。分析化学实验与分析化学理论课教学紧密结合、相辅相成,学生通过系统的分析化学实验训练,能够养成良好的实验习惯、实事求是的科学态度、严谨细致的工作作风和独立工作的能力。但以往的分析化学实验教学内容陈旧,教学方式不够灵活,已不适应生产企业对应用型人才的要求。为此,我们在该学科的教学过程中进行了一些探索性的改革,使学生初步具有分析检验工作者应具备的素质,为专业分析课程的学习和今后参加工作打下了较好的基础。
Analytical chemistry is a highly practical discipline, which is a specialized basic course for students majoring in food biotechnology and bio-pharmacy in secondary vocational schools. Analytical chemistry experiments and analytical chemistry theory classes are closely integrated with each other and complement each other. Students can develop good experimental habits, scientific attitude of seeking truth from facts, rigorous and meticulous work style and ability to work independently through systematic experiments in analytical chemistry. However, the old analytical chemistry experiment teaching content is outdated, the teaching method is not flexible enough, has not adapted to the requirements of production enterprises for application-oriented talents. To this end, we conducted some exploratory reforms in the teaching of this subject so that students initially have the qualities that analysts should possess. This laid a good foundation for the study of professional analytical courses and their participation in the future.
