甘薯新品种皖薯７ 号是用甘薯品系８２３６７ 薯块经高频磁场处理，产生变异选育而成。历时８ａ 的多点生产力水平鉴定、栽培适应性鉴定和抗性鉴定，证明皖薯７ 号是一个高产、稳产、抗性强、适应性广、综合性状好的优良甘薯新品种，适宜在甘薯主产区用于切薯干片和加工淀粉系列产品的种植；同时也表明甘薯品种利用薯块进行高频磁场处理效果明显，是甘薯新品种选育的一种新途径、新方法。
The new sweet potato variety Sweet potato No. 7 is made of sweet potato strain 82 367 potato by high-frequency magnetic field processing, resulting mutation breeding. It lasted for more than 8 years to identify the multi-point productivity, the adaptability of cultivation and the identification of resistance. It was proved that Wanshu 7 is a good new sweet potato variety with high yield, stable yield, strong resistance, wide adaptability and good comprehensive characters. The producing areas are used for planting dried potato chips and processed starch products. At the same time, it is also indicated that sweetpotato varieties use potato tubers for high-frequency magnetic field treatment with obvious effect, which is a new way and a new method for breeding new sweet potato varieties.
