目的 PDCD5(programmed cell death 5)作为凋亡促进因素在多种肿瘤中表达下降,本研究力求阐明PDCD5在乳腺癌亚型中的表达和预后的作用.方法 利用Gene Expression-Based Outcome for Breast Cancer Online algorithm(GOBO)软件分析PDCD5对乳腺癌亚型预后的影响.结果 在各种乳腺癌亚型中,PDCD5基因在基底细胞样乳腺癌组织中高表达,ER阴性的乳腺癌组织中PDCD5表达比阳性组织表达高.PDCD5低表达能够增加ER+LN-患者,未经tamoxifen治疗患者和LN-患者的总存活时间.然而PDCD5高表达能够促进ER+luminal B患者和未经tamoxifen治疗ER+患者的总存活时间.结论 PDCD5可能参与基底细胞样乳腺癌发病机制.“,”Objective PDCD5 (programmed cell death 5),as an apoptotic inducer,was found to be decreased in many cancers.We hope to clarify the expression and the prognotic role of PDCD5 in the subtypes of breast cancer.Methods We used the Gene Expression-Based Outcome for Breast Cancer Online algorithm(GOBO) to analyze the prognostic roles of PDCD5 mRNA in the subtypes of breast cancer.Results PDCD5 mRNA was expressed highly in basal-like cell breast cancer of breast cancer subtypes,higher in ER-positive breast cancer than in ER+ negative breast cancer.The downregulated PDCD5 mRNA increased the total survival time of ER+LN-,tamoxifen untreated,and LN-patients.However,upregulated PDCD5 mRNA improved the survival time of ER+luminal B and tamoxifen untreated ER+ patients.Conclusion PDCD5 might be involved in the pathogenesis of basal-like cell breast cancer of breast cancer subtypes.
