文章从研究单本外文期刊出版发行的多元化发展出发,通过分析其在出版社网站上注册、第三方网站上注册、邮件激活注册信息这三种电子期刊开通身份认证方法的差异,发现由于开通不及时、IP填报空间有限、出版载体形态和发行途径的变化给期刊利用、财产管理和存储管理等带来了诸多问题。针对上述问题,提出建立个性化服务平台、定制合理刊价、加强馆内工作人员的相互协作等一系列适合高校图书馆单本外文电子期刊管理模式的对策和措施。
Based on the study of the diversified development of publication and distribution of single-language and foreign-language periodicals, the article analyzes the differences in the methods of identity authentication between the three electronic journals registered on the website of publishing houses, the registration of third-party websites, and the activation of registration information by mail, In time, there is limited space for IP filing, changes in the format and distribution channels of publishing media have brought many problems to periodical utilization, property management and storage management. In response to the above problems, a series of countermeasures and measures are proposed to establish a personalized service platform, customize the reasonable price, and strengthen the cooperation among the staff in the library.
