抓好煤矿企业职工安全培训,提升矿井发展水平,这是企业适应社会发展,努力打造安全型、效益型矿井的必由之路。在社会竞争日益激烈的今天,煤矿企业为了生存并不断发展壮大,就必须下工夫分析和研究本企业资源发展的形势和需求,建立符合自身发展需要的员工培训模式,多形式、针对性、创造性地开展员工培训工作,促进员工综合素质不断提高,确保企业健康持续发展。煤矿企业因其行业危险性高,工种繁杂,人员素质参差不齐,所以加强企业员工培训尤为重要。
We must do a good job in safety training for workers in coal mines and raise the level of development of mines. This is the only way for companies to adapt to social development and strive to build safe and efficient mines. In today’s increasingly fierce social competition, in order to survive and continue to grow, coal mining companies must work hard to analyze and study the situation and needs of the company’s resource development, and establish a staff training model that meets their own development needs, in a variety of forms, targeted and creative ways. Staff training work was carried out to promote the continuous improvement of the overall quality of employees and ensure the healthy and sustainable development of the company. Coal mine enterprises are particularly important because they have high risks in the industry, complicated types of work, and uneven quality of personnel.
