1985年1月1日,中国新疆航空公司正式成立,它是国家民航总局直属的全民所有制企业,是自主经营、自负盈亏、责权利统一的经济实体,有驾驭自身发展的各项权利。 新疆航空公司在公司成立伊始,就抓住时机,果断决定利用国家贷款购置5架图—154M型大型客机和2架当年到位的双水獭支线客机,当年即完成运输总周转量735.71万吨公里,旅客运输量88537人次,货邮运输量1066.1吨,实现了质的飞跃。
On January 1, 1985, China’s Xinjiang Airlines was formally established. It is a state-owned enterprise directly subordinate to the State Administration of Civil Aviation of China. It is an economic entity that operates autonomously, assumes sole responsibility for its profits and losses, and has a unified mandate. It has the right to control its own development. At the beginning of the establishment of the company, Xinjiang Airlines seized the opportunity to decisively use state loans to purchase five Tu-154M passenger planes and two Shuangshuo regional passenger aircrafts that were in place in the same year. In that year, the total transportation volume was 7.3571 million tons. The transportation volume was 88,537 person-times and the cargo and mail transport volume was 1066.1 tons, achieving a qualitative leap.
