使用质性职业评价来讲述故事(讲述职业故事)是职业咨询中运用的一种质性评估方法,它可以结合职业咨询中常用的量化评估方法,来更好地帮助来访者作出职业选择。本文不仅介绍了这种新的职业咨询方法,而且详细介绍了这一职业发展系统理论框架(Systems Theory Framework,简称STF),以及基于该理论的两种职业评估工具:“我的事业影响系统(My System of Career Influences,简称MSCI)”和“综合性结构访谈步骤(Integrative Structured Interview,简称ISI)”。
Using qualitative career assessment to tell a story (a career story) is a qualitative assessment of occupational counseling that can be used to better help visitors make career choices by incorporating quantitative measures commonly used in career counseling. This paper not only introduces this new approach to career counseling, but also details the Systems Theory Framework (STF) and two career assessment tools based on the theory: “My Career Impact System My System of Career Influences (MSCI) ”and“ Integrative Structured Interview (ISI) ”.
