我部一台苏制T-100推土机的发动机,因活塞销卡簧脱落,活塞销窜动将该气缸捅了一个20×200的方孔。我们用电焊焊补了这个方孔。焊补的气缸没有出现裂纹和残余变形,焊缝处金相组织正常,焊补效果良好。焊条:T-308 焊补工艺在方孔处补一块10mm厚的A_3钢板,钢板中部敲凸起呈圆形。焊好冷却后,钢板凸起部分被拉平,这样便防止了缸体施焊区收缩变
