《路局级铁路军运信息管理系统》的研制实现了分局、路局两级系统的联网运行,满足驻局军代处日常军事运输管理的需要。联网解决较为实用,能够适应TMIS系统的要求。一、系统研制 1.1项目的设立为了更好地完成军事运输工作任务,提高军运工作质量,减少人员劳动强度,提高工作效率,驻局军代处会同路局电算中心提出了研制《路局级铁路军事运输管理信息系统》
