目的:探讨血清癌胚抗原(CEA)、糖类癌抗原125(CA125)、神经元异性烯醇化酶(NSE)、细胞角蛋白19片段(CYFRA21-1)及鳞状上皮细胞癌抗原(SCC)5种肿瘤标志物联合检测在肺癌诊断中的临床价值。方法:选取2013年9月~2016年9月期间我院收治的30例肺癌患者作为观察组,另选取30例健康者作为对照组,分别测定两组患者血清中CEA、CA125、NSE、CYFRA21-1、SCC5种标志物的浓度,比较检测结果。结果:观察组患者血清中5种肿瘤标志物的水平明显高于对照组,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义;5种肿瘤标志物联合检测的敏感性及准确性明显高于任何一个单项检测的结果,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论:联合检测CEA、CA125、NSE、CYFRA21-1、SCC5种肿瘤标志物可显著提高肺癌诊断的敏感性及准确性,具有较高的临床应用价值。
Objective: To investigate the relationship between serum carcinoembryonic antigen (CEA), carbohydrate antigen 125 (CA125), neuron specific enolase (NSE), cytokeratin 19 (CYFRA21-1) and squamous cell carcinoma antigen Clinical Value of Combined Detection of Five Tumor Markers in the Diagnosis of Lung Cancer. Methods: Seventy patients with lung cancer who were treated in our hospital from September 2013 to September 2016 were selected as the observation group and 30 healthy people as the control group. The levels of CEA, CA125, NSE, CYFRA21- 1, SCC 5 kinds of markers concentration, compare the test results. Results: The levels of 5 tumor markers in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group, P <0.05, the difference was statistically significant. The sensitivity and accuracy of 5 kinds of tumor markers in combination detection were significantly higher than those in any single detection The results, P <0.05, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion: The combined detection of 5 tumor markers of CEA, CA125, NSE, CYFRA21-1 and SCC can significantly improve the sensitivity and accuracy of lung cancer diagnosis and has high clinical value.
