通讯是一种最常用的新闻体裁,在宣传人民代表大会制度和社会主义民主法制过程中发挥着重要作用。但目前在各类报刊上发表的人大新闻体裁作品,通讯类占的比例不大,就本刊来说,据统计,2004年第 10期至2005年第10期刊发的各类稿共有1248篇,通讯类为50篇(其中人物通讯15篇、工作通讯35篇), 消息类486篇(条),其它类712篇, 分别占用稿总量的4％、37％、 56％。尤其是人物通讯,只占用稿总量1％。究其原因,人大新闻通讯比消息难写,主要是我们的人大通讯员有相当一部分作者对人大通讯类题材的基本特点、题材的选择、写作技巧等了解不够。
