随着城市隧道的大量修建,隧道施工造成地表建筑物损坏事故日益增多,如何确定其变形控制标准与损坏等级划分,评估隧道施工引起的建筑物损坏,是一个非常值得研究的问题。本文通过对地表变形引起的建筑物损坏实例统计分析,提出了建筑物倾斜损坏等级与裂缝损坏等级的比值,用于判断建筑物损坏类型,并对其沉降变形反应特征控制参数与损坏等级之间的关系进行了分析,形成了建筑物损坏变形控制标准。在此基础上,建立了隧道施工引起邻近建筑物影响评估方法,为确定隧道施工地表控制参数及对建筑物的影响评估提供基本依据。
