蛴螬是重要地下害虫之一,近年来我市郊区、县蛴螬的危害处于上升趋势,给蔬菜和农作物生产带来很大损失。我们曾在“天津的植食性金龟子”一文中记述了35种金龟子,本文对我市发生量较大及常见的21种幼虫(蛴螬)编制3种检索表,以供有关植保人员在识别这些种类时参考。蛴螬体形大多相似(如图1)。粪食性蛴螬与植食种类在形态上的区别是:前者头部表面常有明显的刻点或皱纹;触角较短;上颚末端甚钝。而后者头部表面刻点、皱纹一般不显著;触角较长;上颚长而尖。
Scabies is one of the important underground pests.
